Kind of unrelated, but both mcgeorge and sd went decision rendered on same day with no deposit numbers and I got my acceptance from McGeorge today! So, dont fret over the deposit number, some schools simply didnt do it this year because of obsessive people like us!

it is bad news when i've been complete since end of Jan and there have been zero activity, isn't it?

I have seen people getting rejected, so I don't think it means anything. I am not sure what your numbers are, but you just might be on one of their bubbles and they are dragging their feet because they think they are going to get a lot of deposits when their numbers get bumped up on the rankings.

From what I have heard they do it by indexes. If youre not in an auto decline or accept, then they seperate you by lsat and gpa index and go to that accordingly.

if anyone has "decision letter mailed 4/13" under their mailings on their status checker and gets a response from san diego today please, please, please post on here (or pm me) and let me know. stuck at work all day and won't be able to check until much later!

Just checked the status checker and it was updated to "Waitlisted" 4/16/10.

Applied both to FT and PT so I'm assuming this WL is for the full-time program?

Same. I applied to other schools as willing to go part-time, but none of them ever actually gave me a separate answer for part-time, so I assume this is just waitlisted to get in at all, not just for full-time.

So sorry to hear that CmonSD. I too am waitlisted, but I will tell you one thing, I am way too burned out on USD to even consider going there off the waitlist. Also the fact that they are now tied with Loyola at 56!

wow, i'm so sorry. that is shocking. dang. there goes my hopes. we had the same status change to DR, etc. and your numbers knock mine out of the water. i assume i'll be getting the same bad news later today or monday. thank you for updating all of us and best of luck to you!

Aw thanks! Good luck to you too! Do you know where you are headed? I am so burnt out as well by this whole cycle that I may just go get my MBA or MPH instead. lol.
