Similar stats and I didnt get an offer with my acceptance. FWIW, It says on BU's TLS page that they often come a week after the acceptance.

Alright. I submitted my application in November after getting a 166 on the September LSAT. Because I decided to retake in December they chose to hold my application pending the results of that administration. I got a 171 on the December LSAT, and BU STILL hasn't gotten back to me. What are they doing??????

Did you show any interest in the school? Because you should have no problem getting in unless they think theres absolutely no chance that you would go there.

I was admitted 12/03 and never heard about money. I just got the letter in the mail today.

I am relatively confident if you call and explain the situation that you could not have BU as a viable option at sticker, but with the recent information on scholarship money, changed things in a positive way. The only issue is whether or not you would seriously consider going...

I told you guys! Be patient!!!! You may be able to un-withdraw. A classmate of mine un-withdrew about 3 weeks before classes started due to personal reasons, and they let him in.
