In 2 weeks ago. Zilch regarding scholarships. I got a letter from OUTlaw and a phone call from a student, both of which I had hoped were scholly offers.

My updated trancript was not sent to BU.

In LSAC, it says, "Not sent at law school request" ... this probably means I am out already !!!

Travel stipend of $200 via email. The email stated that I am among a "select group" to receive such. Hopefully that doesn't mean a select group that didn't quite make the scholly cut, but who knows. Anybody else get this?

I emailed about the stipend after RSVP'ing for Preview Day. Apparently they only have a limited quantity of these $200 stipends and you have to email them ahead of time to get on the list in order to receive one (then bring your air/train/bus receipt to Preview Day and they'll mail you a check). Yay for visiting!

I'm sure they've still got them, but I'd email them ASAP! You have to be traveling >300mi (I think it is? It's on the ASW under the Preview Day stuff I think?) and they only reimburse for transportation expenses (air/train/etc.). Good luck!

Although I found out I'm in at GW today so I'm not super anxious anymore. I'm a BU undergrad and the thought of three more Boston winters isn't exactly appealing right now...

I got the travel stipend email too, will definitely be going to an ASW, hopefully this bodes well for a scholly too.

I think they comp CERTAIN admits up to $200. Doesn't do shit if you're coming from the west....tickets are $300 round trip.
