Is it a bad idea to send them a LOCI preemptively before I get rejected/waitlisted? I sent them a "Why Cornell" essay before my interview and am worried I didn't get enough opportunity to really express my desire for Cornell during the interview. I have plenty more I wanted to say and don't know if an LOCI as a second "Why Cornell" would be too pushy. They honestly are my favorite school, though I've never explicitly told them so.

Thoughts? GPA ~= 25th, LSAT > 75th. Thank you.
Chill out man! You're not the only one waiting two weeks.
+1 interviewed 1/30

I got an email asking if I can do an in person interview in San Francisco, and I'm currently on waitlist.

Anyone else going?

Anyone hear anything about a DC-area accepted students event? I see something a few pages back about Boston, but have been wondering when DC will be scheduled. Dean Ingram mentioned one when she called, but I am paranoid they'll forget to invite me since I'm only in the DC "area," not DC.

Dinged off the WL following interviewing in DC last week - 167/3.5 so my hopes weren't high, and I guess it was nice of them to not string me along!

Checking in. Got an email a few days ago asking me to do a video interview. Kind of nervous about it because last year the only interview I did was with GULC (an in-person alumni interview) and they dinged me outright. All the higher ranked schools I applied to waitlisted me.

Thanks so much! I've been complete almost a month so I was worried, but it looks like you waited almost a month before the interview invite. And congrats again!!

In!! SO EXCITED
Interviewed like 2.5 weeks ago and figured I was getting a ding/waitlist. Went under review earlier today and got a voice message a few hours after. So for all those waiting be patient.

Was working so couldn't answer the phone. Am I expected to call back?

I know last cycle, they had a pretty broad geographic range in extending email invites to admitted student events (if the invites are even restricted geographically at all). I got info about NYC and DC events and my permanent address is not particularly close to either (think 300 miles+). I wouldn't worry about them forgetting to invite you  .

Hey guys does anyone know much Cornell usually reimburses if travelling from New York City?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
