I also saw multiple instances of exploding offers (one person got a scholly offer at 9 AM and was told they had to either accept/reject it by 5 PM). It seemed like the fin aid office was very unresponsive and even went off the grid for 6 days IN APRIL because they were moving buildings haha.
 Berkeley's fin aid page explicitly mentions exploding offers and says they frown upon them.
Maybe this year is their redemption year aka financial aid will be like "new cycle, who dis?"

Anyone going another time ?
The same exact thing happened to me too except I signed up for the UVA ASW! I'll be doing an individual visit in April instead lol

I think it was 1-2 days earlier for the people who went FR last time IIRC. the email said "around" or something like that so it definitely could be.

Was really really hoping I could book for ASW with some knowledge of my scholarship offer (if any comes through), but it seems like that's becoming less and less likely. Hoping I'm proved wrong either today or early next week.

Is it worth applying to UC Berkeley Law with a 2.9 GPA? I am working on a personal statement for UC Berkeley so I don't want to waste my time.

I have a 166 LSAT. I am a URM Berkeley alum

You know for a school that is promotes: "Candor, integrity, and keeping one’s word are characteristics vital in the legal profession."

It's ironic they didn't release scholarships when they said they would, but that's just me being super salty... still got 3 hours left today.

I can confirm there's been at least one since 2/6 :)

But it could be an irregularity since I submitted on 2/1.

I've heard that they have a new Financial Aid system? I heard from undergrads that their new student systems is very faulty or staff is barely learning how to use it.
