Just got scholarship info--about what I was expecting and frankly not enough to make a move to NYC financially prudent.

Also just got scholly info...nothing groundbreaking but not bad either. FWIW my parents have a relatively high income but they won't be funding my law school education and I indicated as such on Need Access, so I don't think that is necessarily a barrier to $$$ from NYU.

I submitted the Need Access about 1.5 weeks ago -- you should hear back soon.

NYU only requires you to submit Need Access, but if they need anything else they will reach out to you. At some point they emailed you the names of people in the Fin Aid office who can help you (who you have to talk to depends on your last name). This person was very helpful for me and if you have any questions I would reach out to him/her.

Did you apply for merit + need? It's possible they did only the merit only people? I could be wrong.

well.... it keeps doubling the options on the poll. At first It kept the results from before with a new question and new options...so IDK...I'll try to fix it later unless someone has some suggestions.

Thats because it doubled a few like 0-24 and no notification yet and took others out. I also have named scholly in there too - this is what it is supposed to look like -

100-119
75-99
50-74
25-49
0-24
None or was not considered
No Notification yet

Oh that's weird. The poll feature seems glitchy.

just report the OP asking the mods to reset the poll for you. sometimes they just glitch out - if you fiddle with it a little it might work and it might not.

also congrats everyone on your finaid awards! for those who aren't happy with the amount, hopefully you'll be able to negotiate!
