This is a random tangent, but when I was little there was this sweepstakes where Quaker would put mini magic 8 balls in all of their Captain Crunch cereal boxes. If you found a GOLD one in yours, you would win a million dollars. I insisted on only eating Captain Crunch for a solid month, and would be disappointed every time I opened a new box and found a black 8 ball instead of a gold one. Then I’d feel dumb for ever expecting a gold one. That is how I feel every time I take out my phone during a Stanford admit wave and am disappointed over not receiving a call!

Sorry... I actually got the call at 1:28pm EST and received an email immediately after... I didn't come over to post until later. But don't lose hope - it's only 1pm in Cali so they probably just went out to take a lunch break!! Good luck!!
