No, they came out on the 8th.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like a lot of that group (many with very good numbers) have not heard anything since the change on the 6th. The wave on the 8th was not exclusively URM, but a solid chunk of it (> 50%, it looks like) was.

Yeah I updated on the 6th, and haven't heard anything since. So I'm pretty worried they tossed me into the deferral pile. That was the first time I've updated since I went complete though, so maybe my app is just taking a long time to get through the review process... right?
