Since they released WLs and dings at the same time as admits last year, maybe that's what they meant? They still called all of the EDs this year...

Got my second UR date today! 1/8, from 1/6 and previously 11/23 complete. I'm very excited because this is the only movement I've gotten from anywhere in weeks. Can we expect people with 2 UR dates to get some kind of decision soon?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read last page yet

Im on a trip with my school to visit all the northeast law schools (from Texas, so Chicago IS northeast. Lol). We are at U Chicago now and the admissions rep said a very large batch of decisions will be out via email at the  end of the week/early next week. I submitted in early October and she said I would definitely find out in the next couple weeks. HTH!!
You are awesome for sharing that. Thanks!

Wish I hadn't have read that. Definitely not too hopeful about Chi but I'd be ecstatic if I could get in.

So I guess they are releasing decisions based on submission date, but using very broad date ranges for batches.

Mine is already given away to Harvard, but I'm sure Chicago will soon find that the second time can be just as nice.

I was too prudish to offer mine to Harvard.

At least my first time will be with a school I really love and care about. That's what mom says is important, right?

I applied late oct, UR 12/9 and 12/25 and no recent update, I feel left behind. I'm a yellow consider on LSP.

I was complete in November and didn't change to UR till last Friday. So, it's a long road from complete to UR. They are very slow. But I imagine things will speed up soon.

Ugh, I am not about this cryptic messaging. Just give us a date and time, Chicago. Seriously. I will say that this probably means that we won't be seeing any decisions today. I doubt they'd be "powering through apps" the same day that they issued decisions on those apps. Tomorrow perhaps?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
