question: can i switch from university park to carlisle? I'm not sure if university park is the best place to study and live (cheaply) with all the undergraduate students...

Yeah I think they specifically stated in the application that your current selection isn't binding. If I were you I would try to contact them about it ASAP, just in case they are trying to solidify everyone in place.nooyyllib wrote:question: can i switch from university park to carlisle? I'm sure you'll get in!
I've been under review since the beginning of November, got an update of current status to 12/16.
My numbers aren't too far out of whack, either.
I hate having instant access to information sometimes.
Waiting on the same thing from L&C, too.
I think, as we learned from BC, no one is an auto-admit anywhere in the T100 this year.

Still under review at 3.1/159
Looks like nobody with my gpa got admitted already without a low 160 score.
Think decisions are still rolling out today, or are they done?

Why would you even apply to Penn State with numbers like that. Are you sure you didn't misread the thread to say "Penn 2010 application cycle"blhoward2 wrote:In via e-mail 12/23...168/3.92

I'm from PA and my degree is from an online school (because I am in the military). I wasn't sure how schools would look on that.Bill James wrote:Why would you even apply to Penn State with numbers like that. anybody want to speculate as to when they think they might send out another round of decisions? I am hoping its sometime soon, but with the holidays that seems especially unlikely.

Re: Penn State 2010 application cycle
The status date was the only thing that changed. It's frustrating because I should be an auto-admit via LSP and Penn State is one of my top choices.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
