haha, don't sound so disappointed for him/her. this means they are turning to out-of-staters too, so you should be happy about that. (I know you don't mean it that way, but it just came off a bit not right)

My status is still under review/pending decision but the date which was 9/24 has changed to today's date. do we think that means I'm being pushed back to a later pool of review or just a random occurrence?

Yeah CyLaw's right, and that's a lower 3.5x. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about if the numbers on your LSN are close to correct! Except maybe YP...? Actually I'm a bit jealous, I was held at Texas. Congrats on that!

Just FYI to those whose numbers have changed...it is not uniform. I've been complete/pending review since 9/25 and the date is the same. So let that fuel the neuroticism for you (as it is only deepening the sadness in my own heart).
