Got emails today about accepted student events without ever being notified that I was accepted. Status checker says it was decided two days ago. Hopefully some sort of scholarship info will be coming my way soon. Houston would be about ideal for me location wise.

Submitted 2/13
Accepted 2/24
(In case anyone was wondering about timelines.)

Just got my FAFSA email. I haven't gotten my official letter yet (was accepted the 20th). Does the scholarship come with that package, or should I have gotten it already if I was getting one?

My letter was just mailed (or printed) today... like 2 weeks later. Ugh, oh well.

For the people who got scholarships, what were your LSAT/GPA? I am wondering if I can expect any offer at all. I am below median for LSAT but have a 4.0 gpa. I was accepted last week, still waiting for my offer letter.

4.0 is great. Check out lawschoolnumbers.com to see where you stand. It depends how much lower than the median you are to be honest

I was fixing to ask the same thing on here, lol. I got accepted on the 20th, email about acceptance on the 26th, and FAFSA e-mail yesterday. But I still havent gotten my letter yet (says it was mailed yesterday).

I got an email about my scholarship about a week after my acceptance email if that helps.

I submitted my FAFSA last month and I'm still waiting to hear about need-based aid.

Got scholarship info today. Pretty much negligible money but it also came with a reduction to in state tuition rates.

Good to hear, hopeful. With any luck, the weather will cooperate. Have you read the assigned case?

Haha it didn't seem very challenging and I doubt they'll be very rough on us during the mock class since they're trying to convince us to attend

Got scholarship info yesterday. Seems like the standard in-state waiver + $5,000 that most OOSers get. Anybody have any luck in negotiating? I live in PA and have good leverage with a full ride offer from Temple, but I really want UH for their IP program and local contacts.

I drove down from Dallas, it's chilly here but there was 7 inches of snow up there so this is a welcomed difference. I have read the cases, and they seem fairly straightforward.
