My status is stuck on completed from 11/19.

I assume that's normal for RD?

Similar situation here. RD. I imagine they were focused on the ED folks until the New Year.

Same ... I think mine is stuck at 12/11.

They say on the bottom of the status checker that they'll email and/or snail mail. No idea if others have received calls though.

I am fairly certain that everyone admitted gets called. It will also show up at the top of your status checker if not simultaneously, than immediately after the call.

No idea, but I think the storms in New England have caused some delays. I know they were closed at least one day last week on Friday.
