As someone who works a job where we get a lot of calls and voicemails, I can say that calling the day after you've left a message seems like over-kill to me. I would call again, and just say I don't know if my previous voicemail was received.
I was very specifically told that 'casual attire' was appropriate, and that the only reason he (my interviewer) would be wearing dress pants was that he was coming from work. Same here. Has anyone been dinged or waitlisted yet? As far as I remember there weren't really guidelines for length.
