Mine is also currently under review- I really can't believe it. I sent it in Oct. 31st (complete). I am hoping for the best, but expecting a hold/wait-list. I guess we will see. GOOD LUCK TO ALL IN THE SAME POSITION. FSU is my #1, so an acceptance would be a dream.

155 and 3.62 URM and in-state; I have OK softs (VP of an honor society, involved, etc.), but I know softs only do so much.
I would've retaken my lsat, however, I didn't have sufficient enough time to study again (30 hours/week at my job and full courseload).
I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

Sweet, does FSU know that they are your #1 school and an acceptance would be a dream? It might not hurt to send a formal written letter to them at this point stating just that, and why FSU specifically would be great for you and why you would be great for FSU.

Anyways, just advice from another 0L so it's possible I'm just clueless. But if I were in your shoes I'd definitely let them know that they are your #1!

I may call, I don't know how much good it will do since they said a decision would be in by the end of the week. I really appreciate the advice though. If I do decide to call/write I will let you know how it goes

Did anyone else get awarded a travel stipend today for admitted students day on Feb 7?

I got $200 to travel to Tallahassee from South Florida, I'm definitely going

Yes! The event is February 21st though, you just have to register by February 7th to get the stipend award.

I thought there was a second Admitted Students Day? Wasn't there one in April as well?

Got the stipend for the 21st.
Sure it's not a blank check (has some stipulations) but still, it covers gas and up to 50 bucks for hotel/motel.
