i visited the campus this weekend.... there's a SHAKE SHACK within walking distance of the school! this does not have all that much bearing on my desire to attend BLS....but still.....

Shake Shack is overrated with its insane lines, anyway. I'd rather hit up any Five Guys (cheaper and tastier imho) before I attempted to jump on line at Shake Shack.

Just got rejected via status checker. No hard feelings was a long shot to begin with. Good luck to all.

I'm anticipating the same fate soon as I've been stuck at 1/15 and my numbers are.... subpar. Did you apply FT or PT?

Followed up with admissions on Friday, and still no word. It has been 3 months since I applied. LSAT at 75th and GPA at median. BLS is officially the slowest of the rolling schools to which I applied.

Yeah, my current status date is 11/18/11. Still in review. I think they might have forgotten to make a decision on mine.

I'm in review as of 11/22/11 so this is not an isolated incident. I guess brooklyn is just taking its sweet time.

Same, especially with their recent legal issues involving their allegedly fraudulent employment data. Still, I know enough people that liked it enough to have warranted a shot at it with an application, but I've already gotten into better places for what I assume will be much cheaper.

Just withdrew after being admitted last month...they sent me the saddest response message! The one thing that really stood out to me about BK Law is their extremely chill and super friendly environment. GL to everyone!

Waitlisted. 3.06 / 159. Not too upset, but a little bummed. How many people do they normally let off the waitlist? I applied to a ton of schools, NYC could have been cool though. Good luck to all!

Some of you whove been waiting forever might hate me but, went complete 1/31, got my acceptance e-mail this morning. Probably wont go unless i get a lot of rejections and a lot of money from Brooklyn. Still feels good to be wanted.

Thanks for the info... I'm waiting with a 3.11/158, so I guess we'll see if I get a similar outcome or not. I'm hoping my softs (NYC BigLaw paralegal work experience) can help me a bit...
Best of luck to you, too!

If you've been accepted they send you your credentials for 'BLS connect'. You can get your scholarship information on the portal instead of waiting by mail.

Getting nervous... went complete 12/5 then 02/03 then 02/07. 161/3.45 work as a big law paralegal. Anyone know what's been happening with similar candidates? BLS is now my first choice.

Multiple complete dates are usually a good sign... especially with your numbers.
