So they admitted you without your Dec LSAT score or right after they received it?

Oh I meant I was waiting for the Dec LSAT before applying. The score came out on Jan 4th so I submitted that same day. So they had it by the time they reviewed my application.

Can I ask for your stats? I am the same date range as you, and was under the impression I would be accepted quickly after talking with someone on campus at the info session. I really want hastings :(

You'll definitely get in with your stats. They only reason you'd ever be WL'd is maybe YP.

Apply to Davis while you have the chance. They're more splitter friendly than Hastings.

I applied there at the beginning on the year. still i thought 167/3.24 with great soft would get me in at Hastings :-(

I said this before, and I'll say it again. I had a 3.35 and a 165 and I applied to Hastings in mid-october last year. I was accepted at the end of February. I know people who were accepted a lot later and who had applied around the same time. It's still early in the cycle for Hastings, so don't worry. I don't think those numbers will get you rejected at all. Hastings tends to prefer high GPAs, but a lot of people with around my numbers were accepted, especially later in the cycle. Hastings' LSAT dropped last year, so they could want to accept more high LSAT applicants this year. I think you're in good shape.

Don't be. I'm happy for you either way. I got accepted to schools people applied to in October while I did in December. You win some, lose some, right?

Thank you! Just the waiting game now. But good job to everyone else!

As a fun story, I went to the info session on campus on 1/12 and they scheduled it at the same time as the Beer on The Beach. I have a lot of love for a school that provides free beer on a Thursday at 4pm.

I walked through it today to get to Morty's for some pastrami (they were closed. Again! Didn't know they close on weekends)

Anyway, Morty's is right across the street from Hastings and, while standing outside trying to figure out where to get lunch, I saw a guy emptying out his wallet. I thought he was getting robbed, but it turned out he was just buying drugs.
