anyone going to the feb. 20th admitted students day? i just booked my flight and am coming from san francisco.

Again, can someone please confirm or deny the above information? I did not think fall acceptances had gone out yet, and I was under the impression that many of the scholarships offered thus far were to students who were in the part-time may program (it would help if someone already accepted to the May program could answer this). This poster is giving conflicting information and I am seeking clarity :

When I contacted their admissions office to discuss the differences between their 3 entering class start dates, they told me that Summer/May students do not receive any merit aid.

I've worked in the admissions office, and I can tell you definitely that May entry students are not eligible for any kind of merit aid.

Anecdotally, the fall acceptances tend to begin before the May acceptances, and then they run together. Some people who are May admits don't hear back until just a few weeks before the program begins.

Admit Packet came in the mail today after the phone call on Thursday. Full tuition scholarship, no GPA stipulation. Did not expect to get this much at all.

Has anyone had luck negotiating scholly? I got 15k/yr from Washington and Lee, and think that might be decent leverage.

Just got an email inviting me to ASD on Feb 20. It mentions there is a travel subsidy if requested. Anybody know anything about this?

Any predictions as to when Cardozo will start issuing rejections and waitlists? It seems that I am imminently heading in that direction.

Hey guys! So, my status checker says "Complete and Under Review" as of 12/2/2011 (thats basically the day I submitted everything), but it hasn't changed at all since. Does that mean I'll be WLed? Has anyone else been accepted and had to wait this long to find out? 166/3.2 so my GPA is weak but I got a good scholarship at W&L.. I guess the rest of my app+LSAT score are strong to make up for it?? Who knows.. anyways, Any info you have will be helpful! Thanks!

Did you apply for fall or may? I am in the same boat as you in terms of status checker date.

I've been complete and under review since the end of October. Cardozo doesn't seem to be in any hurry.

I've been complete and under review since the end of October. Cardozo doesn't seem to be in any hurry.

Judging by last year's LSN, they seem to have wait listed quite a few people with strong numbers. Someone like you might be WL for YP and someone like me for having crappy numbers. lol

For those that are curious... Cardozo is offering up to $400 in travel subsidies depending on where you live to come to the ASD (if you're admitted already, obv)
