Have you visited both campuses? I visited Loyola, and the place is gorgeous. Obviously not a typical college campus environment, but it's very professional, and everything is top of the line.
Loyola has an AMAZING mock trial team that commonly finishes toward the top of the national championships.
I know nothing about Kent, but I got a great feeling from Loyola. I would reccomend a visit.

Thanks. I hear Loyola is gorgeous. I am going to visit Kent's open house Jan. 29, and I'll have to schedule something soon with Loyola. I'm also waiting to hear from a few other schools, so we'll see where life leads. Exciting times!

161/3.9 submitted late november. so weird that they said we would receive notice through snailmail and then they turned around and emailed us?

I got the "decision was made" email as well. I automatically assumed it was a rejection.

I really want to go to school/practice in Chicago, but I'm starting to feel like it's just not meant to be. oh well

Anyways, not much I can do about it now. Good luck to everyone with the application process!!

I hope the emails sent today without acceptances are not auto rejections. I dont understand why loyola would notify their applicants that rejections are coming in the mail soon, yet those accepted receive an email of their decision? WTF.
