I think the hoping and praying is the right way to go. That 3.4 hurts you a little.

I'd say you have an excellent chance at money.
This is just your opinion. In reality it depends what kind of URM she is. If NA or AA then yes, if MA then no

Not sure about the $ part, but I imagine you'll have a good shot at getting accepted as long as the rest of your app is decent.

what are the odds of hearing any time soon if you're RD? I know the status checker says to expect decisions in January, but has anyone heard earlier?

I just sent my application the 8th because they sent me a fee waiver. I'm a splitter with 3.3/172(retake from 157/164), so who knows how my cycle will go?
