Feels like the day when LSAT score was released. I know I should get a life, but nothing on the status checkers for over 2 months drives me absolutely crazy. BTW, is there a reason their website is so slow this morning?

The W&M site is moving quite slow... this does seem like LSAT day.. are the icons gray yet?

Now I'm blank. Interesting...brose wrote:Went to "Initial Review Complete" after "Review Complete" on 11/2. My review complete was originally 10/21.

I thought I had been blank since the day I got the complete email. But after all this nonsense, perhaps mine changed to all the above without me ever seeing it...haha

Complete, then blank, then review complete as of 10/07, then initial review complete as of 11/02, and now.... blank again. Love the W&M madness...

What does it mean when it's blank?

I think the thread came to the conclusion that the initial blank (before having the review complete status) just meant complete. I'm not so sure what the second blank status means.... perhas under review again?

Well that may be better than some people applying, no? A 50-50 chance is pretty good for some lol.vegenator wrote:Capitol A wrote:Second blank=Flipping Coin.
hahaha... yes, I suppose leaving the status blank is better than: "Current Status: Decision rendered, tailsies - you're out."
Anyway I only submitted my app yesterday. We'll see how it goes.

I was mostly thinking of the lack of professionalism that would show, but you're right, a 50/50 shot isn't really that bad.Gemini Hopeful wrote:Well that may be better than some people applying, no? Good luck to you and everyone else out there! Hopefully we'll get a few actual decisions soon. Enough of these enigmatic status checker updates!

Does anyone else have the "Seat Deposit" under the Application Waived thing?
My status check is also blank so it's OK to assume this is a good thing, or a big mess up?

Brose, I have the same. May just be similar to our W&L observations.. I don't think I have competitive #s for W&M. It'd be great if it was good news though!brose wrote:Does anyone else have the "Seat Deposit" under the Application Waived thing?

Re: William & Mary 2011
My numbers are 165/3.62. I have a blank status checker now also (blank, review complete, initial review complete, then blank), and I also have "seat deposit" by the application fee waiver....So, who knows? I was hoping that going blank again meant that we would be getting some results this week, but clearly not the case, as it's 6PM in VA now...Guess we have to be patient until next week.snapdragon wrote:Brose, I have the same. It probably just means we weren't rejected -- we were either accepted or waitlisted.
I wouldn't be surprised with a WL status having a seat deposit considering you could later be accepted?

Also, if you look at the decision graphs, and last year's thread, it looks like W&M only accepts early, no early rejects or WL. They tend to accept a bunch of people early and accept and WL a bunch more pretty late in the cycle without a lot in between.
Being that everyone's status checkers seem to be taking the same steps at the same times, I think it's safe to assume that it actually doesn't mean anything. As much as I hate to say that, because I was hoping this meant admit-it's just way too consistent for everyone. I think they are either having trouble using their status checker, or they are trying to see how many people call them freaking out.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
