Went DR at GULC today. Schools remaining:

• Indiana - Bloomington (who fed my app to a cow)
• Minnesota (who used my app and thousands of others for insulation in their attic)
• The George Washington University (who used the back of my app to keep track of the h.ealth care vote)
• SMU (who thought I checked the "I hate foreign cars" box on my app)
• Houston (who thought I checked the "I love cap-and-trade" app on my box)

+ 2 t10 schools that I didn't mention earlier b/c my chances of getting in, tbh, are nil ... but what the hell:

• P.enn (who put a cheesesteak on my app)
• Chicago (who thought I checked the "I hate weird academic schedules" box on my app)

I'm still waiting on about half my schools -- and the other half which I've already heard from all have April 15th seat deposit deadlines. I thought I applied early enough (January 30th I think I sent out my apps?) but I guess not. Like some have already said, it's really hard to make a decision and put down money (god knows I've already spent way too much on this cycle) when I literally have outstanding apps at half my schools. Come on schools, let's get on it!
