Burn.
When was TTU's last national championship in Football? In fact TTU has only been National Champions three times in their history. In 1956, they were Rodeo National Champs (Woo!). In 2006 their Men's Polo team won a National Championship! And in 1993 their Women's Basketball team won a National Championship. Do you really want to compare that to UT's 47 National Championships? I don't think so Texas Tech fan.
Let's keep the discussion on South Texas College of Law.
Where did I ever say I wanted to compare UT to Tech? I was just merely commenting on the stupid comment about Tech beating UT at anything. Obviously they have. But hey, good try though, right?
Okay, back to the original topic...

I am in the same boat.
You seem to have good numbers, I'm sure you will get in somewhere else.

nah no email, just on the status checker. Numbers were 155 and 2.7. and by the looks of it doesnt bode well for my admissions decision for stcl since their numbers are higher although I got into St. Mary's and their numbers were similar to wesleyan.

I dont understand how it works because I didn't get into St. Mary's but I got into STCL. I thought STCL was harder to get into?

As of now I will be going to the ASR on the 30th. For those of you went to the previous ASR in Houston, were people wearing jeans, or do I need to go with business casual? I think it has been discussed before, but I don't want to search the thread, and I would like to hear from people who attended earlier this month. /Being a chick

Guys were more dressed than the girls! They had full on suits on. Personally I think that was a bit much. Girls had either dresses or skirts on. I definitely wouldn't wear jeans

If I remember to attend the one on the 30th, I will be wearing jeans. So, solidarity is available if you want it!

Totally true. Everyone will be sad that they are not as comfortable.
I wore jeans, a white longsleeve button-down with a black sweatervest over it, and silver metallic sneakers to CU-Boulder's ASD, and I was *dressier* than most of the people there. Do you think people wear suits to STCL because the student body kind of leans towards mid-career adults?
But anyway, I will be happy to be the least dressed-up but best-sneakered person at STCL!

If I end up at STCL, IT'S ON. And then I will be in more debt due to the sneakers arms race.
