Hm. LSN does seem to indicate that they are moving in roughly chronological chunks for the ding waves.

Right, but that may be because you're not getting dingedlawschool2016nyc wrote:I really don't think the chron. thing can be right. I submitted in November and haven't heard anything.

The ding wave yesterday was November thru Jan 15ish. Today so far it's only post-Jan 15. But, who knows. It does seem to vaguely correlate tho

Well I mean, I think the above theory/poster is not guaranteeing that you're an admit. Just noting that there's a vague correlation occurring which could generally indicate somethinglawschool2016nyc wrote:Lol, while a cute theory, I am below both medians.....so unlikely I would say.seeprybyrun wrote:Or it could mean that you're in the running for admissionlawschool2016nyc wrote:I really don't think the chron. thing can be right. But you were also the first woman to be nominated by a major party, and the first woman to win the popular vote. Those are some impressive softs.lawschool2016nyc wrote:Lol, while a cute theory, I am below both medians.....so unlikely I would say.seeprybyrun wrote:Or it could mean that you're in the running for admissionlawschool2016nyc wrote:I really don't think the chron. thing can be right. Nah, I know, I'm just trying to show that they might not be going this way. Could be a third thing they're using too. Just trying to give all as much info to obsess over as possible.pretzeltime wrote:Well I mean, I think the above theory/poster is not guaranteeing that you're an admit. Re: Yale c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
FWIW:
No dings for March completes so far, as far as I can tell from LSN and TLS, and only one admit (maybe a presumptive?). My conclusion is that nothing can be concluded regarding late submitters, they just haven't gotten around to us yet.
But it's only a few days of reprieve I suspect ..

At least we've started seeing a method to the madness?
