Now that everything is pretty much over, what are your thoughts on Stanford Law?

Umm, it's the best fucking school in the entire goddamned world. I will be there this fall and am personally just grateful that I get to post in the C/O 2019 thread, where we actually have a real OP in fliptrip. Eat caca and die, Dcc617. Your parents hate you.

It's chill bro, but I was already set on Harvard or Yale anyway. I got my shades on to block out all that shade from CA. Enjoy the earthquakes, hippies.

I personally can't stand Stanford, its administration, and especially its admissions office. I waited patiently for 4-7 months only to get waitlisted or rejected less than a week before May. Seriously, go home Stanford, you're drunk (unless you accept me off the waitlist, then I will love you)

Meh, I mean, this was a total long shot for me. I just wanted to see what would happen. This is what I thought would happen.

I'm totally indifferent to Stanford, because I am super happy with the option I am going with. Grow up, Dcc617. You're embarrassing yourself with this poll.

I will be Seymour Asses from Futurama, and Stanford is my Fry. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? I WILL FUCKING DIE ON THE WAITLIST!

I am a lurker. I may not have even applied anywhere this cycle. My motives for lurking this thread are entirely inscrutable and apparently I have nothing better to do with my life.

Dcc617, stop making every other poll option about yourself. While you are very handsome, your constant narcissism and self-indulgence has become off-putting.

Checking in with another WL! Definitely going to ride it out, putting down a deposit at HLS in the meantime. Is there a consensus on whether it's worth it to send another LOCI? I sent one in the form of an e-mail in the beginning of March containing some updates on what I'd been doing at my job and reaffirming my interest in SLS. Since then there have been a few developments at my job, but if I were to send a further LOCI it would be primarily to express my interest in attending SLS rather than to provide substantive updates on my situation. Also for people who have sent LOCIs, did you send them as e-mails or attachments to e-mails?

Is there a Harvard deposit? I thought it was just the admissions questionnaire

DLS today. How exactly do I go about asking if it's a ding or WL?

Been Complete since 1/17. Obsessing over the checker is destroying my productivity

Personally, I've begun to identify as review-kin.

I'm still here, but given I didn't make the Yale WL I'm not expecting a Stanford WL offer either

I assumed I'd be getting a request for one after filling out the response form, but you might be right

Nope, HLS got rid of the deposit a few years ago. You should just get a confirmation email after you submit the form. Also, I would send a LOCI as an attached pdf. It's a bit easier for them to print out and handle that way.

Still here, no change since my file was "submitted for review" 12/22.

Been complete since 11/9 and still waiting. My friends and family literally believe that Stanford lost my application. If only.

Complete since 10/6. At this point, I'm thinking they're considering me with next year's batch. or maybe for 2035

I think they are just deciding whether or not to WL us or to outright ding us. Are there literally any other schools that are taking this long to send out decisions?

Someone got accepted two days ago, so it doesn't sound like its ALL bad news. But the vast majority of us will be WL/ding; a similar thing happened last year, on the 29th and 30th. On the bright side, we really got our money's worth from the application fee - ~half a year of consideration! SWEET!!

I've been complete since the last week of September. Seems like they have to know they're dinging/WLing me already. Put me out of status checker misery.
