can anyone scare up the old link to the status checker? i'm guessing it still works, since those using the status checker programs can still access their statuses. possibly extract it from that software?

This. Unsubstantiated optimism ftw.gaud wrote:luxxe wrote:Anyone saying yes would just be trying to be optimistic since this year has been a lot different than previous years - with decisions starting on 11/9 and all.gaud wrote:If not tomorrow, does everyone generally agree that we should expect a wave of decisions this week?
Last year's dates were 11/24, 11/30, 12/9, 12/13 (being the biggest), 12/16, and 12/20 for EA (ignoring the dates on LSN where only a few people updated assuming they were just lagging). Soooo... here's to hoping they are going to do their mass acceptances this week so they don't have to do them the week before Christmas?
Agreed on being optimistic but it's all I got left lol. As long as we hear soon I will survive... I just don't know how much longer I can take!

I want to keep the optimism alive! If the largest batch last year was 12/13... It could be tomorrow or Tuesdaygaud wrote:luxxe wrote:Anyone saying yes would just be trying to be optimistic since this year has been a lot different than previous years - with decisions starting on 11/9 and all.gaud wrote:If not tomorrow, does everyone generally agree that we should expect a wave of decisions this week?

Waiting for Cornell is making it reeeaaally hard to study for finals.
I wonder if there's any hope for those of us at 11/11 to hear back this week?

Maybe we 11/8ers and 11/11ers will hear back together! I have a feeling that since these will probably be the biggest batches of decisions, maybe they won't be so strictly chronologically divided as other decision batches so far have beenmsblaw89 wrote:I think that's a reasonable betFidusAchates wrote:Waiting for Cornell is making it reeeaaally hard to study for finals.

Did you guys have any updates before that though? I first went complete 11/11, and it is my only update, so I'm concerned because it seems like people get 2-3 before decisions...Take Two wrote:no updates here since 11/11

No, that was my first and only update. And I'm kind of concerned about the whole sequence of updates prior to a decision, too. It make me wonder if we still have a couple of weeks to wait...curiousgeorgia wrote:Did you guys have any updates before that though? It was over a month for me to go from my first complete (late September) to my first updated date (11/8), and I was accepted another full month after that. They might just have a ton of apps to go through and not gotten to 11/11 completers yet. It looks like everyone has great numbers, so don't worry!!! Thinking of all you guys!
