It's high on my list but it's not THE school I'm waiting to hear back from.

It's high on my list, but I can probably be swayed by more money from another school.

Meh... I applied because it's a T14 - we'll see how my cycle goes.

Really just plan on using it for scholarship negotiation purposes.

Still feel really unsure. I'll probably visit or go to ASW to get a better feel for the school/location.

Does anyone know the average mold of "qualifying people" Michigan offers Need-Based financial aid to? Also, if the school is somewhat generous about the Need-Based offers they give out?

Is this financial aid wave for merit based aid or need based aid?

This is probably the qualifying mold they are looking for, given the school colors.

Adding myself to the no money group.

Kind of feel better seeing you had a high GPA and still didn't get money because I've been kicking myself and my low GPA but it looks like they're just not showing our LSAT scores love lol.
haha yeahhh I have a feeling they're only focused on the LSAT scores right now..maybe by the time negotiations start to happen they'll be more open to taking a holistic approach in awarding money?! A girl can dream!

On a side note, I feel like those who didn't receive that email should be less nervous. Good news is probably on the way! :)

$0 - no surprise since I didn't even hit their median LSAT. here's to hoping they're generous about need-based aid..!

Not to make anyone feel bad, but just so that people who haven't heard back will still think there's hope. I got a pretty decent scholarship with a slightly below median LSAT and GPA > 75th

Got it. Thanks! Just wondering because it didn't seem like anyone who didn't get $0 had heard anything today

Yeah, I agree! I definitely think if you weren't part of the no money wave today, that there is hope! You can also see on lsn that people below the median do get money! So good luck to everyone that hasn't heard back!!

There's a guy who has been waiting since August, and many from September and October. I'm not sure how they decide what order to go through applications, but I wouldn't worry too much.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
