No, we don't know whether the new dot on your status tracker means an acceptance or is just a smudge on your monitor. No, the fact that your tracker didn't go full screen by itself between 5:36 and 5:42 on Tuesdays does not mean you're getting rejected. Yes, we are all this neurotic.

Same thing happened to me today and on Monday with Cornell's "reserve list." I just need decisions! Losing my mind here.

not to be a debbie downer but held at Northwestern last year just meant waitlisted. They didn't give us our "decisions" until like April or May maybe and then it was just waitlist for most of the held people

The email said the committee will send a final decision no later than Feb 26. But I'm afraid it just end up as a waitlist.

Pretty sure PILS acceptance is at the end of March - There are few spots so they probably only make decisions after they have all the applications
