UR4 today as well...how long is it typically between UR 4 and admit/WL/ding? Also how do they let you know??

Emails for most of us. And like I think has been said multiple times in this thread, it's all done in waves, so it is just when the next wave is (no set timeline). The What to Expect thread might have more details (I think Chicago likes Tuesdays or something like that? Could be confusing them with another school.)

From mylsn.info it looks like the past waves have been:

Feb 23 (monday), Feb 4 (wednesday), Jan 20 (tuesday), and Dec 31 (wed)

That means roughly 15-20 days between waves. If that's the case, we would be due for another wave in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed!

Not necessarily, but likely. It's late enough in the game that no interview yet isn't a good sign, but hope springs eternal. Adcomms aren't bound by TLS logic and can change the rules mid-game, so you may get an interview yet. Good luck!
