I'd say probability of movement is higher after June 1st than before. Schools like Berkeley state that movement off their waitlist will be first week of June at earliest. Once other T14 schools move, we'll see activity here.

According to a post on the Class of 2018 thread (a guy can hope right?), second deposits are due today. I would expect some movements next week then, once they see how full (or empty) their class is.

My status date sets on the reserve date. :'C
LSAT>75, Intl student so GPA doesn't count.
