What are the dates? I'm usually pretty decent at digging up good prices.dproduct wrote:Man. Flights from LA are not $200. I'm trolling hardcore too.alwayssunnyinfl wrote:$200. I knew it was fate when I checked Kayak and flights on Thursday were $450, flights on Saturday were $600, and flights on Friday were $200.

Mine was kind of pricey, but I wanted to stay near the metro line and wanted to have a nice room in case I didn't find anyone to go out with. Ended up barely seeing the inside of my hotel room.wannabelawstudent wrote:How much was the hotels for those that went to ASD.

Maybe. I'm not too sure, I'm going to Boston the weekend of March 22/23. If I can swing it, I may try and chill on the east coast for the week and head over to ASD and then fly back that night. But with work I don't know if that's possible. So I may just try and figure out a way to swing by WUSTL before or after that trip. Ugh.alwayssunnyinfl wrote:You're not going to ASD?dproduct wrote:I'm going to enlist you when I have a specific dateshntn wrote: What are the dates? Paid $104 at the Ritz. They give a pretty big discount if you tell them you're there to visit Wash U. Parking in their garage was like $15/day I think.wannabelawstudent wrote:How much was the hotels for those that went to ASD.

Hmmm. Well, let them know ahead of time if you are going to swing by. You'll miss out on the panels and stuff, but as cuse said, they'll meet with you and you might even get more out of the trip since you'll have 1-on-1 time with CSO and hopefully some other people. Also, you can respond to the email that was only addressed to people like us. He was really nice and would probably arrange for you to hang out with some students or something.dproduct wrote: Maybe. I managed to snag a flight from SF for just a little over $200 for the Jan ASD. Try tracking with Yapta, the price fluctuated a LOT in my experience.dproduct wrote:Man. Flights from LA are not $200. Also for people asking about hotels, try Hotwire's neighborhood option where you don't find the exact name of the hotel until after you book. I stayed at the Clayton Sheraton for around $70/night (+$15/night parking). Not as nice as the Ritz I'm sure but worth considering especially if you're staying more than one night.

Thanks Sunny, will do. Also, I've still yet to hear about your WUSTLIN' at ASDalwayssunnyinfl wrote:Hmmm. Well, let them know ahead of time if you are going to swing by. TY, that hotel is on my shortlist after looking around. Glad to know it worked for others. Did you mention the WUSTL thing for a discount?andy261 wrote:
