Thanks again for all the support guys, I'm stoked.

I failed to mention earlier the director of admissions said I'm no longer in consideration for the PSS but she said they'd do their best to make a competitive scholarship offer. Anyone else get info who applied for the PSS?

Didn't apply initially because I thought my numbers were out of range (163,3.6) and I have no ties to the area, but I'm still kind of intrigued. Assuming on a long shot I get in, won't all possible scholarship money be used up? Is it worth throwing my hat in the ring this late in the game?
Go for it! Your #s are not too far off from the medians, and plus, BC is more holistic than other T30s. I know folks with similar numbers to yours (non-URMs) who got in.

Cool. Y'all let me know what class you'll be sitting in on. At the last ASD, my Con Law room was changed to a larger one, but there were no 0Ls there. :|

Is this a stupid idea?

I'm thinking about calling the admissions office to reaffirm my interest. App submitted 1/8 and complete in early Feb. I'm local and haven't visited, but BC is a serious contender for me in the price is right. I'm don't want to be YP'd incase they don't think I'm serious.

It's not stupid but I dont think I'd call. Email. it's less pushy. Complete early feb is pretty recent too.

Just got dinged. Oh well. It would be nice to have BC as an option, but no great sorrow.
Good luck to you all!

You'll get good dough. GPA is at solid for BC, and with falling medians, I'm sure Admissions wants to cop dat 167, lol.

Thanks :) As the cycle progresses, I'm getting into a real realization of where I care if I'd be and where I it stings a little to get rejected but at the same time I move on fairly quickly. BC hurts a little cause I hoped they would like me and look a little more holistically. That said, I really feel different post my W&L ASW.

I felt it was a great fit for me and I felt I could most def see myself living in Lexington for three years. I'm from a big city and lived in a big city for undergrad and think being there can be a great exprience.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
