The status check is working on the mobile site (I accessed it via iphone, not sure about other smartphones). If you have an iPhone just click on admissions --> status check. Also, if you have Safari, you can access the mobile site by turning on the developer menu and selecting User Agent --> iPhone:

Hmm, it's never stopped working for me on my computer at any time today, including right now. I'm sure it doesn't mean anything, though.

It really has. For me it's probably due to LSN dates last cycle... it seems last year a bulk of decisions came out right around this time
so nervous

With a 3.7/170? All you have to worry about it when you are getting your acceptance email.gaud wrote:msblaw89 wrote:This weekend has been agonizingly slow

You're probably right but I'm still nervous since the rest of my application is fairly lame.
You're a fellow 11/3 - 12/6er right? I really do hope we get something soon!!

Yea, you should be first on their list then (I'm assuming 3 updates = decision) !! If not tomorrow, does everyone generally agree that we should expect a wave of decisions this week?

I just want AN update. I went complete 11/7 and nothing has changed.

I think you can expect one this week. I was 11/3 and went complete this past week so your group should be next

Re: Cornell c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
Last year's dates were 11/24, 11/30, 12/9, 12/13 (being the biggest), 12/16, and 12/20 for EA (ignoring the dates on LSN where only a few people updated assuming they were just lagging). Soooo... here's to hoping they are going to do their mass acceptances this week so they don't have to do them the week before Christmas?gaud wrote:If not tomorrow, does everyone generally agree that we should expect a wave of decisions this week?
I take that back, this year's dates have been 11/9, 11/22, 11/29, and 12/8 - which, minus 11/9, almost perfectly line up with last year's. In 2009, the big waves were on 12/8 and 12/11, and the rest of the dates are pretty similar.
Can you tell I don't want to study for finals?

Agreed on being optimistic but it's all I got left lol. As long as we hear soon I will survive... I just don't know how much longer I can take!
