Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
Duke already starts to take people off from the waitlist? Does anyone have an idea how big the waitlist is? And how many people get in from the waitlist annually?

WL'd, but pretty sure i'm not priority (assume so, since the e-mail didn't say otherwise). Anyone know what the likelihood of getting an invite off the non-priority WL?
It seems to me Duke's WL is HUGE, btu they are already making offers. Not sure what to make of it.

Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
Hey all, I just want to add to the confusion a little. I applied only because I received a fee waiver. With a 161/3.65 it's bound to be a lost cause, but I applied at the beginning of February and updated on the 28th of February. I'm waiting for the rejection but it hasn't come yet.

Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
I got $75,000 from Duke today in the mail, which makes it certain that sending the financiala id office all 18 of my acceptances/offers helped pre-exemptive leverage a great deal . . . my stats, according to LSN, suggest merit grant around $45,000.
Send in those offers, saves the awkward negotiation later.

You are going to do it anyway no matter what you got. If you got a full ride, you would ask for a stipend.neonx wrote: Send in those offers, saves the awkward negotiation later.
