I got a complete email a few days ago....and then the exact same complete email now...any idea what this means?

Pretty sure it's totally meaningless. I got an email saying my application was complete a day after I applied and then another email a week later saying "thanks for the application, we'll let you know when your app is complete!"

Got the phone call about getting into UCLA like 3 weeks after that mess.

You would think that, over time, these schools would become more efficient at handling applications and processing things at a faster pace.

I'm sure there's plenty of people in your boat. Loads of applicants and a notoriously slow turnaround time naturally b/c just outside of T14. All you can do is ride it out like the rest of us.

On a sidenote, who is that girl in your icon?

That's not good. I am from a similar background (engineering at a top 5 engineering school). Slightly higher GPA, but lower LSAT.

My personal statement is killer, though. I feel like I'm in a position where that might just break a tie in my favor.

I was a Jan. applicant who took the Dec LSAT.
I submitted 1/10 and was accepted 1/24 via phone call from Dean Schwartz.
