not in-state. they sent me an email saying they had a question about my app. i freaked out, thought i probably typed my name wrong or something and got the acceptance over telephone =)

Since TLS has always been great about helping me get questions answered, I wanted to help out where I could. I received the same email that jeeli had this morning from their director of admissions, Jason Dugas (very nice guy). My application went under review 11/20.

My status checker finally updated! I about had a heart attack...I've been looking at 11/4 for so long, I had to rub my eyes to make sure the new update was truly 1/5...

I'm stuck at 11/16. This gives me hope that I might have something change this month. Really any sort of change would be comforting.

Um, why is my status checker at complete/pending review when LSAC hasn't even processed its report to them yet? What the hell?

Sorry, my nerves are starting to get frayed from waiting on UVA. But really, UVA requests an image report, so it can't take more than a day. If I remember correctly, you mentioned that you had submitted at least three days ago? Almost everyone who has applied has been complete within three days of submitting. I'm sure LSAC just hasn't updated their system yet.

Heart just stopped for a brief second -- I had a incoming call labeled "Virginia" in the caller ID.

Turns out it was only a store that had a jacket on hold for me...one of the disadvantages to living in DC/near VA. (and yes, should've moved to NOVA instead of living in DC)

Probably too soon to hear news anyway, complete 12/4 with update on 12/22...

Went complete today. Now the waiting begins. I hope I'm not too late for some scholarship money, as there's zero way I'm attending without a decent offer.

I just got the email to call Cordel Faulk! Ugh, but I have a horrible cold and virtually no voice... this should be interesting.
