Any predictions on when decisions might be coming out for those of us that had interviews in February? I'm guessing (hoping) for this Friday.

I want you to be right. I think the last available interview slot was for 2/29 though, so my guess is it will be either Monday or Tuesday.

I interviewed the 11th, and my interviewer said "a couple weeks." Was hoping that would end of this week, but Monday or Tuesday seems right if it's only after all interviews are over.

I think this is right, with the exception of the superhumans who were accepted 2/4 and later received Ruby calls.

does anyone know if the scholarships they sent out today were merit+need? I'm a little confused mine seems unusually low if they considered financial need like they said they would ...

Congrats on your scholarship! I'm pretty sure it's solely merit, because I got one today without applying yet for finaid.

I have a professor who has a friend who went to UChicago. He told me to not expect a lot of money from Chicago. Apparently they don't often accommodate need with very much. Their argument is that upon graduation you will either land a job that makes your loans affordable or you will do LRAP. One good thing about their LRAP program is it covers Clerkships. Anyways, from what I've heard what you are describing is to be expected.

Lot of my friends are in it; they all seem to love it. It's great if you know you want to work with business and law.

Hey, silly question, but is it too late to apply to the JD/MBA? I know penn allows you to apply during your 1L but I was wondering if Chicago was an all apps in at same time or nothing kind of school?

I don't think it is. I'd look into it--Booth's website is a little obnoxious, but that would be where I would go.

There's also the option to apply during 1L year (and I've heard that in that case, you can use your LSAT instead of the GRE, but don't quote me).

My question is about the post above: does this mean that interviews are essentially over and that if I haven't received an invitation to interview so far, I should consider my chances of acceptance low? My application went under review February 1 but I haven't received an interview invite. Stats are both above the 75th but I didn't apply until late (Mid January).

Anyone have any thoughts?

You should be fine. Interview requests don't go out until the last wave of interviews get decisions and we haven't yet. You also applied less than a month ago. I went UR 1 around 12/15 and didn't get an interview request until 2/5. The last interview wave before me got decisions on 2/4.

Yes. I interviewed the first week of interviews and went UR 2 that same afternoon. I then went UR 3 that saturday.
