So I replied to the wait list email with my intention to stay on the wait list.
It's been about a week now and I haven't received any official response from Penn (no status checker update, no e-mail confirming receipt of my e-mail...).
Do they not reply at all or should I do something about it (and if so what..?).
The deadline (Feb 1st) is approaching and I'm getting a bit worried about this....

Yeah mine says 02/01/2016.
Perhaps it differs depending on when you're initially notified of the decision.
The deadline is in 2 days.. getting worried

Still sitting on UR 1 1/5, submitted ~12/15 . Granted, I didn't start checking these status checkers until that time so it could possibly be UR 2. Anyone else wishing they never stumbled upon the Law School Acceptance, Denials, and Waitlist section of this forum? Smh.

Me ! It's taken over my life with the checking and overanalyzing hahaha i keep telling myself I'm gonna take a break from TLS and I always end up back here

This happened to me. It seems that UR2 doesn't necessarily mean a decision has been made and they have you in a pile that they are just working through to call (this would make your logic follow) but instead might mark some other aspect of review like having the second professor finish their review and send the app back to admissions for final review. I had a UR2 date in mid-Dec and did not get called until mid-Jan, despite several waves of calls that included those who went UR2 after me. Just wait.

Admit email said that notifications about scholarships (assuming named and otherwise) would begin to go out in early March.

Need-based aid priority application deadline is March 1st, so it may make sense for them to hold off until after that date for the majority of the awards

Me too!! I've been sitting at UR 1 or possibly 2 since 1/5, and I've been going crazy checking every single day...
