I think I got about six or seven questions from the list that you posted, plus a couple follow-ups to my answers. The interview was twenty minutes long, including a few minutes for me to ask questions at the end.
About the same here. The only one that wasn't asked at every interview was "if you could talk to anyone in history, who would it be." Besides that, it was the typical why chicago/why law/why your background questions.

Thanks for the help. Y'all are awesome

Any thoughts on this long gap in people hearing? Anyone have any thoughts on that/predictions for next wave?

Had my interview on 3/13.
Status changed to UR 3/14 the next day.

Hoping this is a good sign.

This is standard, and it simply means that the interview has been completed. You should get another UR when the committee reviews your file for the second time, and generally a final UR shortly before the decision is sent.

Is there any agreed upon timeline for UR1 to interview? Also, any idea when the next invites may go out? I tried to get an idea based on last year, but this year they accepted apps a month longer than last.

The date has changed twice for me ever since going UR1... is that weird? No interview request thus far either. The status check information I've seen on TLS only has an UR 1.5 before getting an interview request.

There are interviews this week and next (including my own)--U of C seems to do things in huge waves, so my money is on week after next for big wave of admittances.

Not to sound too silly and shoot myself in the foot here but...has UChicago released many dings or waitlists yet? I'm just waiting on them and NYU before I can finalize my decision, and both are pretty far reach.

Last admit wave was the day before I got my interview request, so there could be multiple waves coinciding. It's all monopoly money anyways.

UR4 as of this morning after a late February interview... maybe movement a little sooner than we think?

You're probably right. I'm basing my monopoly money guess on LSN info from last cycle, where it seems clear there were three huge waves.

Ah I see, that's smart. Only thing is I believe apps this year were open a month longer than last year, so that could change things up.

Complete 1/20
UR1 2/9
UR1.5 3/6
UR1.5.5 3/16
no interview invite yet.

I had three date changes without an interview invite. Is this normal?
Can't see my case on the What to Expect thread. Wish I knew what this means...

Sad but knew it was coming. I guess I should accept my fate.

Let you know by email.

UR4 -> Decision seems to be 1-5 days, no more than a week. Good luck!

Emails for most of us. And like I think has been said multiple times in this thread, it's all done in waves, so it is just when the next wave is (no set timeline). The What to Expect thread might have more details (I think Chicago likes Tuesdays or something like that? Could be confusing them with another school.)

From mylsn.info it looks like the past waves have been:

Feb 23 (monday), Feb 4 (wednesday), Jan 20 (tuesday), and Dec 31 (wed)

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
