Ditto.... :(
:( Pretty sure there's zip for me too.

I'm realizing it's one thing to get into a good law school, it's another thing to get money to go there. Really love Michigan too...

Ha-ha! I definitely grew up thinking it was Meijer's. Imagine my surprise when I actually looked at the sign one day.

Youngins, it was Meijer's Thrift back in the day, and then even though they officially re-logo'd Meijer Thrifty Acres (no ess), everyone kept on with calling it Meijer's Thrifty Acres. Michiganders didn't take sh!t from corporate rebranders, still don't. Acres we acquiesced, b/c they were genuine acres and we'd never seen anything like it.

Russ' messed us up too.

Very interesting. Learn something new every day.

On a related note, Busch's is actually Busch's.

Just received an email that I didn't get the Darrow, which is a bummer, though I was offered a $150,000 merit scholarship instead.

The money is fairly comparable, though I'm not sure whether (or how much) not having the named scholarship should matter to me.

    Bump =\
    You get 10k each year all three years! And it's not GPA contingent either!

      I calculated the value (assuming you're avoiding interest) at roughly $220,000

      I got an email with my merit offer-- $15k a year. Initially I was feeling a little miffed but per the ABA 509 15k is actually the 50th percentile grant amount so that's something.

      I only got accepted a few days ago, I'm guessing the quick turnaround is because I was accepted as a summer start.

      I can't even fathom some of these fancy undergrad tuition rates. Not to mention law school tuition.
