I've been in the "hold" category since 2/25...and today I am "under review" the suspense is killing me...ahhh!

I went under review on a Monday and received my decision on the Friday of that same week. I'm assuming that if you change to under review then you are in the batch they are going through this week. I'd bet money that you will get a decision this week.

so, for acceptances, is the usual thing a phone call? and what do they do for denials?

I received a phone call on the Friday afternoon of the week I went under review. Everyone I know that has been accepted has gotten a phone call. I'm unsure of what they do for denials.

They claim to review based on strength of app, so I'm assuming everyone is around the same numbers. (likely below 160)

To those who are on hold or don't receive calls right away, I was on hold for over a month prior to hearing nothing from late Oct-February in terms of review and I received a call going straight from HOLD to IN! So don't give up hope. Also LSAT<160.

hmm...even if your gpa is a bit low, I think they like something about you...they've rejected lots of ppl, but decided to put you on hold...keep your head up! I hope we're in the next group [but only if the next group will get phone calls] lol

I was accepted from hold a month ago with the same GPA and a lower LSAT (OOS). You 3.0 +/160 + holds should have a good shot.

what is everyone's thoughts on being put to "under review" straight from "complete." I noticed that most of you who went UR on 4/4 were already on hold. Any ideas what this could mean, if anything?
