Anyway. Dear IUB,
I knew I wasn't going to get in anyway with my numbers but I still wanted to be a Hoosier. In retrospect, however, I think you can keep your frattastic frat daddys and sorostitutes that are fucking EVERYWHERE on your campus romping around in leggings and chip clips in their hair.
Moral of the story, LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS (google UIUC nopants blog for proof).
Sincerely,
Michaela

Re: THE DING BAR
Dear UCLA,
You know who doesn’t care where the Jonas brothers get their teeth whitened? This guy. So you want to tell me where you saw Angelina Jolie order a mango smoothie last week? Don’t. I won't care about that either.
We both know I wouldn’t fit into the UCLA culture. I think highlights on men look dumb, and I have never spray tanned in my life. You are really saving both of us a lot of trouble by both failing to admit me and by failing to give me enough of a scholarship to compete with the other offers I’ve received. Honestly, I understand. You probably can’t afford to be passing out scholarships anyway, and I’d hate to be the reason you had to pawn some of the professors’ computers or something.
Also, I could not attend your school in good conscience anyway since everybody knows that bears are Godless killing machines.

It CAN be done correctly (or at least, tolerably) but the majority of girls do not accomplish this and, thus, there is an overabundance of see-through issues and the dreaded camel toe. Such a disgrace.Gotti wrote:haaaaaaaaa! I'm wearing leggings as pants right nowMichaela wrote: Moral of the story, LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS (google UIUC nopants blog for proof).

I don't mind the whole leggings with a long shirt thing. That's fine. But leggings with a short shirt?? Awkward.

FWIW, I never have either of those problems. I'm a guy, and wish it were socially acceptable to wear leggings b/c i'd be rocking a man bulge all the time. It's not fair that only women get to do this sort of thing. (see "balls out jeans" for another possible idea)

New precedent: If a school dings you, email back to their admissions w/a picture of you in leggings. (male or female)ilovesf wrote:Hating on people who wear leggings incorrectly.. I love the new direction this thread is taking!

Jeggings are never ok. Leggings are only sometimes ok. Pajama jeans...on the list of things that should have never been invented.
