i am 3.6 cum/3.7degree granting and 168 and it seems that people with my numbers get WLed all over the place but for some reason i have not gotten news so maybe i am being considered. I do have really good softs I think and I did epstein. I went complete back in early Nov. Does this mean I am being seriously considered? On LSN, I see a bit of green peeking out from under the line of yellow for my numbers.

and why have i been complete at usc for like 3 months now with no news?

I can't believe this! In via phone call from Dean Schwartz about 10 minutes ago. I thought I had a small chance but not a huge one. No scholly but I really wasn't expecting one! 165/3.98.

Congrats!

I'd love to get into UCLA, but it'd take some $$ for me to go there.

Anyone else out there with auto-reject numbers shocked they've stayed in the game this long? I've been complete since early October and I feel like UCLA is toying with my emotions.

Epstein applicants might have to wait longer for decisions (even though I know their admissions are "separate").

Also, most RD applicants have been backlogged since UCLA seemed to focus heavily on ED applicants for the first few months of the cycle.

Good luck.

Thanks for the congrats, guys! I am in heaven! I was born and raised in Los Angeles County and ideally want to end up there as a lawyer. This is such great news!

I AM IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, this might have ended my cycle. I have decisions pending at Michigan, Cornell, and Duke, but all else equal, only Michigan is going to sway me away from UCLA at this point.

Congrats to those who have gotten in, and good luck to those with "borderline" numbers. I was indeed a "borderline" candidate, so keep the hope alive!

Veritas,

Thank you! I am really pulling for you this cycle!! We applied to many of the same schools with very similar results! I'm not going to jinx you here, but just stay positive and I'm sure you'll get something awesome coming your way.. :)
