No, I was not re-interviewed (although I wish I was because frankly my first phone call truly did not go well in my opinion).

Does anyone know when your status checker changes? I still can't believe it so I'm looking for affirmation...

EDIT: Thanks, btw!

Congrats! I got my JS2 yesterday and my status hasn't changed yet; I'd similarly love to see something more tangible happen.

You misunderstand. JS and KB both called, and we will all get an email with more information today or tomorrow.

I believe one person was accepted via email because they were abroad.

Congrats to those who've been accepted! If at all possible, could you list the schools you'll be withdrawing from as a result?? I'm looking to get in off of the waitlist at several top 10 schools.

Thanks!!

Multiple people were deposited at NYU, Columbia, and Chicago. I know one UCLA, one Michigan, and I'm sure there are others.

At least four are withdrawing from Columbia I think.

Chicago (with $90,000)! Just sent the withdrawal email a minute ago. Best of luck!

So I'm guessing after this wave it's pretty much over for those without KB1/JS1s?

Did anyone get in with a score lower than a 173 (non URM) get in?

28...?

Assuming all reported JS1s got JS2s, 28 people just got off the waitlist and into Harvard.

I was wondering just that. Did anyone have a JS1 and has not heard back yet?

(minus the person who had his/her interview today)

Without going back to look, I'm pretty sure there was a 168/3.91 that got a JS1.

Columbia here.
Me too. As much as I love Columbia, the grant is too small (3w/3yrs) and there's the loan cosigner issue for international students.

I guess every law school in the top 20 needs to hold emergency meetings this weekend. Trickle up right?
