I was taking us being 1 yr out as disproving any association (the first two were 10 yrs out) between our applications.
I realize. I was responding more to HappyFeet's comment.

I feel like our UR group might be PR bound.

Nah, i think our group is PA (priority acceptance) bound, which is pretty sweet cause I hear you get to decide what your scholarship is

When I updated for the second time, I received an acceptance email at about 10.15 pm EST. But from what I gather it might take up to 3-4 days after the second update to hear.

And this was my second update as well. I think the first was the first or second week in Feb. Only problem is I'm a huge Tar Heels fan. Think that's an issue? I have Duke going farther in my bracket, so I think it evens out...

It looks like a lot of us are 169/3.7* or splitters. Could be interesting.... :)

I haven't been too neurotic about researching the trends. Think we're WL material, or is this probably a good group to be in?

Duke seems to be YP-ing pretty heavily, but I think the best we can probably hope for is in w/no moneys. Their class is so small, and they've already handed out over 200 accepts just on LSN (though a big chunk of those have withdrawn).

My guess is a big WL batch, but I'd love to be wrong...

Eh, Duke doesn't appear to YP at all, though they do appear to base decisions on more than just numbers (at least, for those who have competitive numbers).

But good luck to everyone.

Do applicants accepted through Priority Reserve ever receive scholarship money?
