I think you would have had to be EA to get held, which you weren't, judging by your November complete date.

Anyone have an idea of how long it takes to get scholarship information? I know they say a few weeks, but can anyone tell me how long after your phone call that you got it?

Hard for us to tell, as the email does not allude to that specifically. It did say "you were specifically chosen based on academic merit".

they also call it a "travel scholarship," so there might be a correlation
