great Q. another Q for you: how long were they accepting apps for this? i just learned about it in the e-mail they sent like a week ago.
My email says the deadline is February 1 at 5pm. Seems like a really early deadline, especially considering the fact that not everyone will be admitted by then and I *think* you have to be admitted to apply.

How early do they start releasing decisions? Is it right when they open at 8:30 AM?

Applied 1/5, Complete 1/12, date change to 1/20....I assume that's UR2? Maybe I hear back tomorrow?

.. Hmm, that sounds like UR1 to me? I believe the date needs to change twice after "Complete" - So you'll have "Under Committee Review" Date 1 --> Under Committee Review Date 2 --> Decision

When did you submit? I'm under review 1/5 but I went complete 12/10 and dont know whether that was ur1 or ur2 for me

Identical dates here. I thought the dates would mean UR1 started on 1/20 though, but I'm clueless about most of this stuff.
