So far, at least two people who had a second update on 12/3 have had a DLS today. Anybody else? How about any people that had a second update on a different day? I know NYU is very much a long shot for me but I am still hopeful.

fwiw I went complete on 11/28 and UR on 12/7 with no other updates...I don't know what that means

Oof I was taking my lack of deferral e-mail today as a good thing (still in contention for ED acceptance). But this makes sense too. Oof

They also already sent out at least one ED rejection. All we definitely do know after this morning is that they're releasing ED decisions in batches. Whether another batch of acceptances is coming, or whether we're all just waiting for the next batches of deferrals/rejections, is impossible to know.

But hang in there! I'm still waiting to hear as well.

I think for the sake of my sanity I need to block this thread. Every time someone posts that his/her status just changed to DLS I rush to check mine, only to be horribly disappointed that I'm still stuck at under review as of 10/16.

It worries me that people who went UR yesterday have already gotten a DLS while I haven't...

In case anyone's curious, my UR date just switched to today (12/13). Previous UR date was 11/2X. Applied early decision, above 75% LSAT, below 25% GPA. NYU, I'd appreciate an answer soon so I can get back to work instead of mashing the refresh button all day erryday. Thx.

Just got a call today notifying me of acceptance. Reverse splitter with LSAT at the 25th and GPA over the 75th. So excited!!!!

Same here. Previous UR date 11/21, and before that, 10/23. From last year's thread, it looks like the UR date updated in December for everyone getting deferred.

Any EDers already deferred - were your statuses updated to the date you were deferred (or possibly the day before)?
