Who actually calls you to admit you? Also, do they call people to put them on the waitlist, or does that warrant an email?

Waitlisting seems to be done by email.

And correct me if I'm wrong, admits, but I think Craig Janecek calls admits.

Maybe they are reviewing their stack of 11s to sort them into ding/WL/admit, and will be making calls in the next few days for one last round of marginal admits?

I have no idea if this is accurate or not, but it sounds like a plausible number. Last year's timeline seems to be pretty much out the window, they still haven't reached a decision for anyone on LSN who has a complete date after Feb 16th.

I heard that they narrow it down to 18 applicants, and then put them through a rigorous fight til the death series of battles somewhat like 'American Gladiators', except more bloody and with more clever trash talk.

I think something like two make it out.

Nobody told me about this. I better start training. At least my LOR's will still be useful as weapons.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
