Just withrdrew from the waitlist. I submitted in January and found out about the WL on 3/10.
Needed money to give up going to Berkeley.

another 11/22 -> 3/14 checking in.
sanguar - i saw on your profile that you've been out of undergrad for a few years. i've been out for 10+. i wonder if they are reviewing non-trads in groups...or just a coincidence?

Not sure. That would be interesting though. Not sure what, if anything, to infer from it if it's true. But interesting nonetheless.happyfeet wrote:another 11/22 -> 3/14 checking in.

Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
Hi guys! first time poster here =)
I went UR 2/21-> 3/14. Duke is my first choice and a bit of a reach (169/3.6/2 yrs work experience).
From the looks of the forum it looks like Duke notifies you by e-mail. Does your status checker update to DR before this? or just a new UR date??

Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
The way it usually works is on the day you'll get the decision email, your status checker should show something along the lines of "decision reached - wait for email," followed by an email with the decision a few hours later.mia468 wrote:Hi guys! first time poster here =)

oh well, i guess there's no rhyme or reason to be found in the process, just madness.splitmuch wrote:Im only one year out so not sure if the theory holds up.sanguar wrote:Not sure. Re: Duke NOT Priority Track
sorry, haven't really been keeping up with this thread but:
how many under reviews does one typically get prior to a decision?

I really hope you guys get a decision soon, too! But I just thought I'd point out that most applicants aren't straight from undergrad, so maybe we don't want to jump to conclusions?

I was taking us being 1 yr out as disproving any association (the first two were 10 yrs out) between our applications.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
